2. Does Todogrowled ship to my country?
Todogrowled ship to whole Europe except Canary Islands. We are located in Asturias, in northern Spain, and ship orders to all other countries of the world. We work with Correos Express for orders within the national territory and with UPS for international orders that go both to the European Union. If you are from the Canary Islands and want to buy our lamps, you can do it in the growshops of the islands that sell our products. Check our "Stores" section in the top menu to find your nearest store (in construction).
3. Payment methods:
Depending on the country, you will find one or several payment methods.

- Cash on delivery (Due to the current situation in which we find ourselves caused by Covid 19, this form of payment is temporarily disabled.)
** Important warning about PayPal payments: For security concerning seller protection, cons and fraudulent transactions, orders placed through PayPal can only be sent to the address that appears in the buyer's Paypal account and in no case to a different one. On the other hand, in order to place your order, your Paypal account must be verified. Check your PayPal account before confirming your order to avoid inconveniences.
4. Shipping & Returns
4.1 Package delivery
As a general rule, the packages are shipped within 7 days upon receipt of payment via UPS with tracking and delivery unsigned. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra certificate, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before applying this option. Whatever the shipping method you choose, we will provide a link so you can track your order online. (If the product is out of stock, delivery can be delayed up to 30 days) Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, and postal expenses. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two separate orders and shipping charges apply for each individually. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur after sending your package, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

4.2 Insured Shipping
Shipments insured for the total value of the order. Totally free for the client. In case of damage to the order and claim is essential: -Make a photo of the damaged parts, original packaging and shipping label. -Notify it within 48 hours after receiving the product. Once the information provided is considered, we will proceed to assess the damages and send a new product to replace the damaged one, said item will be picked up by UPS. We will apply these actions as long as it is proven that the damage or breakage is due to a failure in the transport of the merchandise.
- No product returns are allowed unless it does not work properly.
- No product returns allowed without the LOTE sticker label.
- Product returns are not allowed if it has been manipulated or modified after leaving the workshop. TODOGROWLED is not responsible for the failures in the operation of the equipment or its components in any of the above cases. Within 2 years of warranty, our team undertakes to repair the luminaire (as long as it has not been manipulated by the user / s) and in case the repair is not possible, to replace the product by an equal or similar one in case of lack of stock.
- A defective item may be returned if it comes under warranty, the freight will be divided, paying the buyer the shipment to our workshop and we will send it back to the buyer.
- TODOGROWLED is committed to deliveries within the established deadlines and with quality companies such as UPS for international shipments and Express Mail for national shipments, but IN NO EVENT will be responsible for the incidents caused by the transport company.
