- The Product warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase.
- The customer has 15 days from receipt of the order to make any claim on parts, parts or components.
- No product returns are allowed unless it doesn't work properly. In that case, within 2 years of warranty, our team is responsible to repair the luminaire (always that is has not been manipulated by user/s) and in case the repair is not possible, to replace the product with an equal or similar one in case of lack of stock.
- A defective item may be returned if it comes under warranty, the postage will be divided, the buyer paying shipping to our shop and shop paying shipping back to the buyer.
- TODOGROWLED is committed to deliver shipments within the established deadlines and with quality companies such as UPS for international shipments and Correos Express for shipments within Spain, but in NO CASE will be responsible for the incidents caused by the transport company.
